Room to rent, tenancy takeover, female only

Looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I’m dropping out of uni.

It's a Gold room at St Andrew's Gardens, Liverpool (L3)

It’s a really nice place in a great spot and such good value for money, I would’ve stayed here next year as well. Female only flat and they’re all lovely and friendly, 2 bathrooms between 6 people and a shared kitchen / living room. It’s a ¾ bed and it’s on the top floor and the building has lifts.

Obviously, the room doesn’t come with all my stuff in it, just the furniture and mattress etc, but I thought it would be helpful to take pictures of the actual flat you’ll be living in and how it usually looks, rather than just pictures off their website.
