Rent is £559 per month, all bills included (utilities & Wi-Fi). Council tax: exempt if you’re a full-time student; professionals pay their share. Deposit: £250 (Reposit option available). Fully furnished: bed, wardrobe, desk, and shared kitchen appliances.
**Building & location:** Modern facilities include 24/7 gym, cinema, games room, lounge, and regular social events. Excellent city-centre location near Lime Street Station and university campuses. Secure entry and on-site management.
**What I’m looking for:** Ideally a tidy, respectful tenant who is a full-time student or professional willing to share council tax costs. Non-smoker and no pets please. References and proof of student status or employment required; right-to-rent checks mandatory.
