The girl you’ll be sharing with is a 22 year old studying Physics with Astrology for her Masters, she is clean respectful and polite. Loves a little pub trip as well as a quiet cosy night at home.

Location~ the address is 272 Upper Parliament Street, L87QE. It’s about a 5/10 minute walk from the University of Liverpool, and about a 20 minute walk to the town centre. It’s located between several bus stops, making travel around Liverpool very accessible and easy to navigate. It’s also a 10 minute walk from multiple shops (Tesco Express, Heron foods, Co-op, Kfc and more) and a 20 minute walk (or a 5 minute bus) to Asda and Aldi.

Price~ the rent is £450 per month, not including bills. At the moment the Bills are £40pp a month, it will likely rise throughout the colder months, but would be no more than £80pp a month. Council tax is not included, but will not be applicable for students.

Amenities~ The flat has fully functioning appliances (An oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, heating, a bath/shower) and a cosy living room. The Walls around the flat were painted at the end of summer, and the bedframe and mattress in the bedroom are brand new (They were replaced in September).

It’s a lovely cosy flat and very quiet. It’s located beside a busy street but all of the windows are soundproof so you don’t hear the noise of the traffic. The only reason I’m looking to leave is because of a new job I’ve taken on!
