Unfortunately I am having to leave my gorgeous en-suite room and my lead tenant contract is available to take over 🙂

There are 2 other flat mates (full time professionals) who live in this 3-bed-3-bath, 2 story apartment. It’s just a short walk to Baltic market and close to the city centre.

The room comes furnished and all bills are included in the price listed. On-site Car parking is also included. The break down of bills are as follows:
£50 electricity
£76 council tax
£10 wifi
£520
= £656

I have been living here for over 3 years and will be sad to leave it!

**Please note:
The current lead tenant is required to have the following:

Lead tenant required earnings per annum: £46,800
OR
Guarantor required earnings or evidence of savings: approx £56,000)

Am happy to give evidence that the current flat mates have always paid their bills on time etc during their full tenancy :)
