Double Room in Liverpool Central

Hi there.
Unfortunately, I'm moving for work so need someone to fill my room in my sharehouse. The room is availabel from mid-November and is for single-occupancy.
Location: the Apartment is on the 7th and 8th floors of Portside House in central Liverpool. It is a 2 minute walk to Tesco, 10 minute walk to Lidl, 2 minute walk to Liverpool one and 6 minute walk to Liverpool Central train station.
The room: the room has a queen sized bed, desk, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables with drawers, and a wardrobe.
The Apartment: the apartment is a duplex with a spacious shared kitchen, living and dining area and lovely balcony upstairs with views of the docks. The bathroom with toilet, sink and shower-over-bath is downstairs and shared with one other female.
The flatmates: You will be living with 2 professionals in their late 20's- one works in the justice system and one works at the University. Super friendly, lovely housemates up for a chat or wine after work but also respectful of others space and privacy.
Bills and internet are not included however, come to around £150 per month (with some variability).
1 Parking space available in building basement and an additional space can be rented if needed.
