Room available from July26

Hi!
Currently living in a 2 bed flat with my mate, who plans to leave after the tenancy come end of June26. I want to stay in this property so am seeking a tenant to replace him for another year.

The flat overlooks concert square, it's spacious, furnished mostly myself. It's a great location and honestly not that noisy considering where it is.

I'm clean and social and keep the place tidy. I recently finished my masters and work from home 3-4 days a week. This is officially a student flat from rooms4u, so it's ideal for students, but I guess it's not essential. Bills not included. managed by myself but they aren't bad. I'm open to living with younger like-minded students/professionals who are clean and respectful. Any Qs or wanna meet up etc let me know!
