International Residents – Quarterly Payments

Rent is paid every 3 months in advance.
A 5-week deposit and a UK homeowner guarantor earning 36x the monthly rent are required.
To proceed, an upfront payment of 3 months' rent + 5-week deposit is required.
Zero Deposit Scheme

No deposit or guarantor is required!
An additional £40 per month will be added to your rent.
This scheme applies to both monthly (for UK residents) and quarterly (for international residents) payment plans.
To proceed, an upfront payment of 1 month’s rent is required.
International Tenants: If you are unable to proceed with the available options, please contact us. We can raise this with our team and may be able to negotiate alternative payment plans for you.
