•Location: 21 Moor Place L3 5XA (Maximum 5-7 minutes walk to LJMU, University of Liverpool, Liverpool City Center, Queen Square Bus Station and Liverpool Lime Street Station).
•Room Type: Gold Single (1 double bed, 1 wardrobe, 1 wash basin (sink), 1 study desk, 1 bookshelf, 1 storage cupboard under the sink and a heater.
•Kitchen: Shared (2 Electric Stoves (hob), 2 Electric Ovens, 1 Microwave, 2 Refrigerators.
•Bathroom: 2 shared bathrooms.
•Rent: £438.43/month (All bills included)
•Other Facilities: Free WIFI, Communal Area (TV Lounge), Dining Table, Paid Laundry, Paid Parking and a TV.
