Studio Tenancy Takeover

I’m looking for someone to take over my 51-week tenancy at Unity Square, which started this September. This studio will be available from December. Dual occupancy is not available.

This is a Bronze Studio with modern furnishings and all the necessary amenities. It includes a comfortable double bed, a large shower, a microwave, fridge and hob, and it offers lovely views overlooking Everton Park. The building is new, well-maintained, and staffed by a really friendly team. All bills are included. Secure parking is also available for an extra £21 a week. The studio is available to students and professionals.

The location is ideal, just a short walk from the University of Liverpool, Liverpool John Moores, and Liverpool Hope University.
