The Flat
You’ll be sharing a lovely south-facing two-bedroom flat with me. I’m a 33-year-old female working in design and engineering. My current flatmate and I have lived here for 1.5 years, and she is moving out to start a new chapter with her partner.

The flat has an open-plan kitchen and living area, fully equipped with a microwave, oven, washing machine, plenty of utensils, pots, pans, and crockery. The living room is furnished with a super comfy L-shaped sofa and TV.
There is a south-facing balcony with a great view - perfect for sunny days. On-street resident parking is available.

I like to keep the home clean, comfortable, and relaxed, so I’d love to find someone friendly, respectful, and tidy with a good balance between being social and enjoying downtime.

Rent & Bills
Rent is £575 paid by the 1st.
Bills are excluded (Council tax - £96, water - £15, broadband - £10, electricity £55 - in total £176 per person; bills can change)

Move-in date, Contract & Deposit
Ideal move-in date would be mid December, but we can make arrangements for earlier
To secure the place there's a £690 deposit (saved under Deposit Protection Scheme). We're on a rolling contract with one month's notice. The property is rented through a letting agency who have been excellent with repairs and emergencies. There are no agency fees for referencing.
