Double room with its own bathroom in The Cargo Building available from 4th January until 27th June 2026.

The room is a double size room and comes with built in wardrobes with full length mirror siding doors, a chest of drawers and x2 bedside table. The room itself looks out onto the Albert Docks and the water.

It is a 2 bed 2 bathroom flat and although the room does not have an ensuite, the bathroom is yours alone to use.

The flat is a five minute walk from the city centre/Liverpool one/Baltic triangle areas. Also only a 10 minute walk from most train stations in town.

I have loved living in this flat for the last 3 years and I am only moving out for a job in Australia!
You would be living with my current flatmate, Laura, who is a young professional working in town. She is very friendly and respectful and WFH some days of the week!

I am officially moving out on 11th January 2026 but there is flexibility if you wanted to move in the weeks prior to this. Happy to discuss and accommodate this.
