I’m moving out of this flat at 30 Fox Street next to Merseyside Police Headquarters as I’ll be leaving the UK, so I’m looking for someone to take over my share of the tenancy from 9 December 2025. You’d be joining two working professionals who will be staying until June 2026. The contract is for the whole flat rather than individual rooms, and we’re currently on a monthly rolling agreement.

This property falls under Council Tax Band B.

The flat is in a handy location, about 10–15 minutes on foot from Sainsbury’s, Home Bargains, KFC, Tim Hortons, Lidl, and other everyday essentials. The place is well kept, with a cosy shared living room and a tidy kitchen. We’re hoping for someone who respects shared spaces and helps keep the flat clean and comfortable.

Your future flatmates are inclusive, friendly, approachable, and easy to get along with. They enjoy a relaxed and positive home atmosphere, watching movies together now and then, and giving each other space when needed. It’s a good fit if you like a balance of your own space and socialising.
