Double room with balcony and en-suite

I’m looking for someone to take over my room at the start of January in our lovely 3-bed apartment located right in Liverpool city centre, close to the Baltic Triangle. It’s a brilliant spot with great access to public transport.

The rent is approx £497 per month. With bills, this comes to around £633. Checks will be completed via the letting agency.

Minimum term is 4 months. The current main tenant is moving out end of April/beginning of May, but there is opportunity to extend the contract as a new head tenant, if you have an appropriate guarantor.
