I am a current tenant looking for a female flatmate to take over my tenancy from 30 December 2025 to 11 February 2026. Short-term lets are welcome.
You will be sharing the apartment with two Indian female professionals, both of whom are friendly, respectful, and easy to live with. The flat is located near King’s Dock in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. It is on the 6th floor and includes a balcony with a nice view.
The council tax is already fully paid for the period. You would only need to cover electricity and water, which come to around £50 per month each, and Wi-Fi, which is approximately £13 per month.
