I have decided to leave university and therefore need someone to take over the last half of my tenancy!

💰2 payments of £1690 (£485pm/£120pw)
I currently pay the rent quarterly at £1,690 but you can ask the landlord to swap to monthly or whatever works for you!
I currently live with 4 boys and 1 other girl, all in 3rd year at LJMU. The house is a 20 minute walk from both campus’, 10 minutes on the bus.
The room up for rent is one of two in the loft, you have your own bathroom and have to share a kitchen/living area but everyone is super friendly and clean!
I am open to moving out earlier than January if needed!
We are more than happy for anyone to come view the house and meet the others so please message or comment if interested!
