2 double rooms in 4 bed houseshare near University

Hi, we're looking for two students to join two existing students in a 4 bed house share in the best location, Kensington Fields. The current 3rd and 4th housemates are finishing their masters and moving home so their lovely double rooms will be available from 1st January 2026. The rent is reduced to an absolute bargain for Kensington Fields, only £100/week all bills included, no deposit, no admin fees and no other fees! The house has two bathrooms, a huge Wifi provision with a mesh network for seamless coverage, communal lounge with smart TV, washer/dryer, large American fridge freezer, South facing yard with seating for maximum sun and a cellar. The street is very quiet and peaceful and parking is available. The neighbours are lovely. The house is very warm so stays perfectly cosy in winter months. It's a safe secure area.

The two current housemates are male, early 20s, both students and studying post grad PGCE. The house can only accept students as it is exempt from council tax. They are both very friendly, sociable and fun but also very hard working. They like to spend time socialising together in the house or going out for drinks or a meal but the house is peaceful and not noisy or disruptive. They are both very clean and tidy as well as considerate of others. They would like to find 2 like minded students (male or female) to move in with them. We are looking for either two separate individuals or a group of 2. Happy with either :-).

The duration of the rental is minimum 6 months.

The location is amazing, very close to Universities and everything you need in the city.

The 2 available bedrooms are bigger in real life. We had to grab quick pictures/videos so the angles are terrible haha. But they are very lovely rooms with desk, chair, wardrobe, duvan bed, chest of drawers and shelves. The bike and cardboard boxes in the lounge video have gone :-)
