We would be sharing a kitchen and bathroom. Despite the bedroom being large, the rest of the flat is quite small, and there is no shared living room or anything like that, this is reflected in the price.
I am looking for someone to replace my current flatmate who is moving out. I am a 25 year old professional working full-time during the week, I'm clean and easy-going and all I ask is that you are the same in return!
No students please, working professionals only, affordability checks are required by the estate agents. Ideally, I would like someone who is a similar age and works a similar schedule to me, however I am pretty open! No couples please.
