Short-term room near city center

I’m offering my furnished room for a 45-day short-term stay as I’m moving out before the end of my contract. The room has a single bed, private balcony, and is in a well-maintained property.

All bills are included in the rent. The location is excellent, less than a 5-minute walk to the city centre, with easy access to shops, transport, and amenities.

The stay can be extended, but this would require contacting the letting agency directly and arranging a new tenancy agreement separately.

I’m looking for a clean, responsible person who can move in smoothly for the remaining period.
