I’m looking for someone to take over a cosy room in my flat at 43 Arch View Crescent :) The monthly costs are £650 Including Bills!
The flat itself is really cosy, and the location is a massive bonus. Loads of shops, cafés, restaurants and amenities nearby, plus excellent bus links and transport connections within a short walk. It’s super easy to get around from here.
You’d be sharing with one other flatmate who’s genuinely lovely to live with. She is friendly, tidy, works for the council, and loves to cook. I am moving out to make the big move in with my partner, so the room is becoming available naturally rather than through any issues.
The vibe of the flat is relaxed and homely, and ideally looking for someone easy-going and respectful. It’s a great place if you want to be central but still come home to a calm, comfortable space.
