The room is on the 18th floor with huge floor-to-ceiling windows, so it gets great natural light and has an amazing city-centre view over Liverpool. This floor also has access to a large shared balcony.
Rent is £230 per week, bills and Wi-Fi included (original price £275/week).
For long-term rent, the price can be slightly lower.
If you take it long term, all kitchenware and furniture can be left for you, so moving in is very easy.

Location:
Downstairs there is Lidl and Tesco, and the train station is right next to the building.
About 5 minutes walk to Liverpool city centre.
Around 10 minutes to the University of Liverpool, and also very convenient for LJMU.

24-hour reception and security, lifts.
There is a cinema room, study rooms, printers, pool table and common areas.

Who can rent:
Open to anyone – students or working professionals are welcome.
Short-term or long-term rent is fine, start date flexible.
