I'm Olivia - a 25yo PR Manager looking for a flatmate in my apartment. I've lived here for 3 years with my old roommate who moved out to live with her partner. I work within the music industry, so I am interested in all things music, gigs, instruments etc. - would love someone who'd want to join me at a few shows.

I love cooking - the kitchen is a gorgeous, sociable space that allows for relatively stress free mealtimes, and I enjoy a glass of wine or 2 with dinner on the weekends. I work from home as well as from my office, sometimes heading downstairs to our building's coffee shop, Alerta (building discount, woo!). In my free time, I head to the gym, go swimming, and love a Thursday trip to the pub for a quiz or just hanging out with friends. I am quite sociable; I really value time with friends and planning outings where possible, often travelling to Manchester or London for weekends away. I am always on top of cleaning and making sure shared spaces are tidy.

The flat is modern, with a brand new kitchen. The spare room has a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe, and stunning floor to ceiling double windows that boasts a gorgeous view in the morning. There are 2 bathrooms (1 of which is an en-suite in my room), a washer / drier and plenty of storage space. The living room / dining room / kitchen is spacious, and the standout of the entire flat - cosy, colourful and lived in. On a clear day, you can see as far as Snowdonia from our lovely view of the Mersey.

Rent is £600pm, bills not included but maintenance charge is included in the rent. Council tax is Band D. We have a 24 hour concierge, so post and parcels are well looked after. The building is also full of lovely people!
