Double room in cozy quiet city centre flat

Hi! I’m Caitlin, I’m 27 and I’m looking for someone to take up the second room in my flat in the Baltic Triangle.

It’s a double, fully furnished room and you will have the flat’s large bathroom all to yourself. The shared space is a large kitchen/dining/living room with a south-east facing balcony overlooking the building’s private courtyard. There is free permit parking available on the street from the Council or you can pay an additional £125 a month to park in the basement car park.

I work in marketing and I work a hybrid pattern usually 2/3 days in the office and 2/3 at home, so I’m looking for someone with the same breakdown or fully in the office. No one who works entirely from home, sorry!

Happy to have a working phd student, but no other students.

In my spare time I love to go to the gym, watch TV/film, seeing friends, going to gigs and watching the F1 or rugby, but I do also like to chill and relax in the flat too.

I’d like someone who is fun, friendly and easy going, but is also comfortable with when social batteries run out and we just do our own thing! I’m very clean and tidy, and want someone who is also neat and will chip in to keep the property lovely for us to live in.

Bills are not included, and are roughly £180-200 per person, per month for electricity, water, WiFi, TV and council tax. There is no gas.

Looking to have viewings the last couple of weeks in Feb, with a view to have someone in by March.
