1 Double bedroom with own bathroom

I’m looking for a flatmate to share my 2-bed, 2-bath apartment. The building has a roof terrace and a residents’ lounge, which is great if you work from home.

The bedroom is spacious, with a large wardrobe and a lovely view of the Liverpool docks. You’ll have your own big bathroom with plenty of storage, while I’ll be in the other room with the en-suite so you will have your own private bathroom space.

It’s a comfortable flat in a great location, perfect if you’re looking for your own space in a relaxed home.

The apartment is right next to Liverpool ONE and just a short walk to the train and bus stations, so it’s really convenient for getting around. It’s also by the Royal Albert Dock, which is perfect for nice walks along the waterfront.

The council tax is band C and a efficiency rating B.

The apartment building does have parking but you will have to apply for it, however there is many car parks close where you can pay for a space monthly.

I’m a friendly, easy-going person who enjoys a good balance of social time and downtime. I love chilled evenings in with some TV or a catch-up after work, cosy nights in and I also enjoy heading out to a bar now and then with friends.

I’m tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and considerate of other people’s routines. I’m looking for a flatmate who’s up for the occasional chat or time outside the flat, but also appreciates having their own space and independence.

I do shift work with 12hr long days and nights.
