We have a spare room in our shared house that is available from now until end of August.
The house is quite quiet, with one housemate working away and the rest of us leading busy lifestyles. We all get on well but tend to keep to ourselves.
The room is fitted with a smart TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers, single bed and space for a desk which is currently in storage in the cellar.
We have 2 living areas, one on the ground floor and one in the cellar, so the house never feels crowded.
The house is in Kensington fields, close to the hospital and to the universities as well as the city centre.
Looking for someone who is sound, available now and wants to stay at least for a few months.
