One room available with two professional guys on high floor overlooking the docks in the lovely modern APO Copper House building. Prime city centre location and really near to Liverpool One. Free wi fi, open plan kitchen/living room. The bedroom has its own ensuite shower room and has a double bed with storage underneath, two bedside tables and a fitted wardrobe. The building has a residents lounge and rooftop terrace as well as a 24/7 residents gym and 24/7 parcel/post boxes and a dedicated residents hosts team and maintenance team. The other two professionals in the flat work hard during the week, so we are looking for someone who is respectful of a quiet environment but who's also easy going, friendly and sociable and happy to chill from time to time.
