STUDENTS ONLY | Private Studio at Calico Liverpool | £120/week

Hi, I am looking for one student only to rent my private studio at Calico Liverpool Student Accommodation from 24 May to 29/30 June.

This is a private sublet, not an official contract takeover.
During this period, I will add your name to the accommodation list, so this arrangement is for one person only.

The studio is private and comes with:

your own bathroom
your own kitchen
all bills included (water, electricity, heating, internet)
free gym access in the building

The location is very convenient, close to Liverpool city centre, around 14 minutes’ walk to Lime Street Station, and within walking distance of both the University of Liverpool and LJMU.

The original rent is £231 per week, but I am now offering it for only £140 per week, which is far below the market price for this type of studio.

Because the price is already heavily reduced, I do have a few conditions:

Students only
One person only
Female preferred
Looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and responsible
Please keep the room in good condition during the stay
The room must be returned very clean at the end of the rental period
If the room is not cleaned properly, the tenant will need to cover half of the cleaning cost
A deposit of £200–£300 is required

This studio is being offered at a very low price, so I hope to find someone who is easy to communicate with and will take good care of the room.
