Rent is approx. £820 a month. This includes £638 rent a month, plus the rest in bills (water, electricity, internet) and council tax.
I'm looking for someone who's clean, tidy, enjoys their own space but is sociable too.
I really enjoy gaming, tv, music, cooking, and being sociable whether it's going out or staying in.
