I’m looking for a flatmate to share my two-bed flat on Exchange St East, right in the city centre.

The flat is much larger than most central apartments, with high ceilings, big windows and a really generous open-plan living/kitchen space. It’s on the 3rd floor on a quieter street, and the bedrooms face into a courtyard, so it feels calm despite being so central.

The available room is the one with the wooden bed in the photos. It is a good double-sized, fully furnished room with good natural light.

We would share the main bathroom because the en suite in the master bedroom is quite small.

Who I'm looking for: I’m looking for a female flatmate, ideally around a similar age (20-25).
