Looking for 1 student to join 3 others for 5 months from now until the 31.8.26. Shorter stays may be possible so please do get in touch if you need a shorter stay. The house mates are the best and the house is in the best location, Kensington Fields! Everything is minutes away.

It's a lovely double room with reduced rent to an absolute bargain for Kensington Fields, only £100/week all bills included, no deposit, no admin fees and nothing else to pay!

The house has two bathrooms, a huge Wifi provision with a mesh network for seamless coverage, communal lounge with smart TV, washer/dryer, large American fridge freezer, south facing yard with seating for maximum sun and a cellar.

The room has a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair and book shelves. The street is very quiet and peaceful and parking is available. The neighbours are lovely. The house is very warm. It's a safe secure area.

Housemates are 2 males and 1 female, early 20s, all students who are towards the end of their course or post grad. The house can only accept students. The housemates are very friendly, sociable and funny as well as considerate and kind. They are also very hard working. They like to spend time socialising together in the house or going out for drinks or a meal but the house is peaceful and not noisy or disruptive. They are very clean and tidy. They would like to find 1 like minded student (male or female) to move in with them.

The location is amazing, very close to Universities and very close to everything you need in the city centre.
