Due to personal reasons, I'm moving to Manchester in September and will no longer be living in Liverpool.

No subletting fee. You can sign the contract directly with the apartment. Apartment 111 on fifth floor.

Location: L1 2AD
Lease Term: 2026.9.15 - 2027.7.20 (44 weeks). The lease term is negotiable with the apartment. A longer lease of 51 weeks is available at a lower weekly price, with bills included.

Building Amenities: The apartment has a gym, cinema room, laundry room, e-sports room, etc. All facilities are free to use and can be found on the official website.

Room Features: The room is well-designed and fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, bathroom, etc.

The front desk is friendly, and the location is excellent. An 8-minute walk to the University of Liverpool's north campus and 10 minutes to the city center. There's a Chinese supermarket, Ren'ai Road Food Court, Rudy's Pizza, and other restaurants downstairs.

This is an official sublet. You will sign the contract directly with the apartment, and I am only subletting it to a student.
