I am looking for someone to take over my room in a shared apartment, as I am moving to a different city.
The rent includes all bills. The building has it's own gym, study area, common sitting area, movie area, common laundry room and also bicycle parking.
The room is an ensuite 30 seconds walk from lime street station.
The current tenancy runs until 7/8/2026. If you wish to extend your stay you will need a guarantor to get a new contract.
