Student Studio right in City Centre

As I'm finishing my degree at the end of May, I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy. Whilst this originally runs until the 27th of July, due to the introduction of the Renter's Rights Act, this should be extendable.

The studio is on the first floor, with a big Georgian style window and an open layout. It has a double bed and a kitchen with an oven, hob with 2 rings, and a small fridge and freezer. The bathroom is also large and modern. Because of the two layered windows, there is barely any noise disturbance from outside, despite being right in the city centre. There is also an additional kitchen, shared with other residents, in which there is a free to use washer and dryer.
I think this place is a real hidden gem, I only want to end my tenancy early as I am not going to be living in Liverpool any longer!

The new tenant must be a student and smoking in the building isn't permitted. Please contact me with any questions or interest, I am willing to answer any and get in contact with my current landlord to organise this as soon as possible.
