En-suite bedroom in Liverpool City Centre

I'm looking for a flatmate to join me in my spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment from mid-July or early August, sharing the rent and bills.

A little about me: I recently finished my undergraduate degree and will be graduating at the end of July. Alongside that, I'm currently building my freelance marketing business while working part-time, mainly on weekends and some weekdays. Life keeps me pretty busy, and outside of work I enjoy staying active, cooking homemade meals, going to the gym, and I've recently discovered a love for hot yoga (with reformer Pilates next on my list!).

I also have travel plans roughly once a month between August and February, so there will be times when you'll have the place largely to yourself.

The apartment itself is very spacious, and I'm ideally looking for someone who has a busy lifestyle of their own and appreciates having a peaceful, comfortable home to come back to.

I'm clean, organised, and enjoy a cosy, calm living environment. I value my personal space and independence, but I'm also happy to share the occasional dinner, movie night, or catch-up chat. For me, the best flatmate situation is one where we get along well while also respecting each other's routines and space.

I also want to be upfront about the type of home environment I'm looking to maintain. Home is a place to relax, recharge, and feel comfortable, so I'd prefer to live with someone who isn't regularly hosting guests or inviting new people over. I personally only tend to have close friends or family visit occasionally, and I'd love to find someone with a similar mindset towards shared living.

Ideally, you're respectful, tidy, considerate, and looking for a warm, comfortable home rather than a party house.
