​The house includes a big, fully equipped kitchen, a stylish bathroom, and a peaceful back garden ideal for relaxing, reading, or enjoying a quiet moment.

​We're a 15-minute walk to Lime Street Station, behind the Hope Street campus, close to Liverpool University and the city centre. Everton Park is just beside us, offering stunning panoramic views across Liverpool, a beautiful spot for runs, walks, and fresh air.

​Rent is £625 per month, all bills included, with one month's deposit.
