Looking for Queer Roommate Liverpool City Centre

Hello! I'm looking for a flatmate to live with me. I'm taking over the tenancy of friends in 3 weeks and my original flatmate has fell through for reasons beyond control. Photos used are from original listing sent to me but only consist of living area but i can promise you the bed room available is really cosy

This will be a queer flat (preferable but not mandatory just don't be a bigot). The flat itself is a 2 minute walk from Lime Street and Queens Square bus station, so there's excellent transport links. It's also a 2 minute walk from the city centre, so if shopping is your thing then that's perfect. There's a lidl literally round the corner (that's not an exaggeration) so perfect for cheap groceries. It's not the biggest room but it does come with a bed and a wardrobe (and possibly some other things but i could be wrong so i'm stopping at bed and wardrobe). Bills ARE NOT included but just like rent, will be split between us

It's a shared living space with me, open plan kitchen/living area so if you wanna cook something but sit on the couch for 5 minutes you only have to take a couple of steps. You will have a private bathroom as my room will be en-suite (lowkey sorry but also not because your bathroom is bigger 🤷)

I'm a queer, enby person who is in liverpool every week pretty much. I work in Liverpool's drag scene every now and again and have done for 5 years. I love video games, I will beat you at most games, I drive, I clean, I have brief knowledge on cooking but can follow a recipe. I bloody love Dr Pepper.
