Spacious ensuite double room to let in 3-bed flat

Hi! We are looking for a flatmate to take on the vacant room in our gorgeous city centre 3 bed flat, available from the end of August. Our current flatmate is moving home to save money.

The available room is the largest of the three, with high ceilings and an ensuite bathroom, fully furnished but with plenty of space to bring your own storage as well if necessary.

The livingroom & kitchen is open plan and very spacious with high ceilings, lots of character and a balcony for smoking if that’s your thing! We have a second bathroom that myself and my flatmate Ellie share.

The total rent for the property is 1050pcm, split three ways. Bills are not included but are also split equally between the three of us.

The flat is located on Victoria Street in the city centre, just a short walk from Liverpool One and right next to Moorfields train station. Queen’s Square Bus Station is about a 7 minute walk away. There are plenty of nearby pubs and restaurants too.

Myself and Ellie both work in hospitality so our schedules are varied week to week, sometimes working day shifts and sometimes later closes. We both enjoy a night out but also love a chill night in too! We’re looking for someone who is tidy and up for a laugh.
