We have a cosy double room to let on Bold Street in Liverpool City Centre, located above Joe and the Juice cafe.

The room comes with a queen size bed, bedside table and small desk.

The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, air fryer, kettle and microwave etc.

The living room is a vast high ceiling space with comfortable sofas, 50 inch TV and Georgian sash windows.

The bathroom has a good shower with bath.

Central heating through out with a buzzer intercom for entry.

Please note the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift access.

You will be sharing with 2 professional working guys who are relaxed and friendly and would like to share with someone who is in full time employment, sociable but also respects our own individual time and space.

The rent is £325 per month and the bills are roughly £400-£450, fluctuating for gas/electric/water usage.
Bills include gas, water, electricity, council tax split evenly 3 ways.

Please note, due to the type of building there is no WiFi at the apartment.

We require a minimum 12 month tenancy. The deposit is £325 and proof of income and a reference would be required by the landlord.
