I’m looking for someone to take the other room in my 2-bedroom apartment, as my current flatmate is moving out.

The room is a spacious, fully furnished double with its own en-suite bathroom. The apartment is also fully furnished, including the living room, and has a modern kitchen with a washer-dryer.

A few things about the flat:

* Fully furnished living room
* Washer-dryer
* Water bill is included
* Only electricity and Council Tax are shared

The location is great. There are two bus stops just outside the building, Brunswick Train Station is about a 3-minute walk away, and Liverpool city centre is only about a 5-minute drive.
