Double bedroom with en-suite

I am a 23 year old nurse from Belfast currently living in city centre Liverpool. My current flat mate is moving away and I am looking for someone to take over her tenancy. The flat is fully furnished and the room being advertised has an en-suite with a shower, double bed with storage underneath and wardrobe. Very modern apartment with new appliances and stunning views. It’s a 5 minute walk to Moore field station and about 15 minutes to Limestreet station. The building has 24 hour concierge and has a really safe feel to it. It also has a gym within the building, safe storage for parcels, maintenance team and parking available at additional cost. I really enjoy living here and feel at home and would love someone else to feel at home here. I am a sociable, easy going and tidy flat mate. I enjoy travelling, the gym, going out but also enjoy my own space at times. I currently split all rent and bills with my flat mate. We each pay £727.50 for rent and then additional cost for bills.
