1 Double room bed in a 3 BHK house in city center

Hey!

This is a 3 Bed House on the ground level at a quiet and yet close to the chaos (city centre). I am looking for a replacement (preferably females) to share the house with 2 other females.

We are a group of fun, adventurous & interesting people from India, who balance a work day 9-5 and a weekend 9-5 very well ;) My flatmates are looking for someone who is going to be replacing me not just as a flatmate but a friend.

The house has 3 double bed rooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 bathroom with a toilet & 1 toilet. We have free parking space.

The rent is £337 without bills.
And the bills, Wi-f including council tax is £530.

We currently share the groceries among the 3 of us as well. You are welcome to share that, but if you would want to separate them, happy for that as well.

The house we got was unfurnished, but we’ve made it out cute & aesthetic living space and we have a beautiful view of the cathedral from the living room!
