It's located in the quiet Commercial district on Pall Mall but only a short walk or a £2 cab ride into town :). A 5 minute walk to Moorfields station, a Tesco express, a Sainsburys, a gym (Located in the Raddison), a yoga studio and a ten minute walk from the City Centre and University's.

The apartment is accessible by a secure electronic door a lift is available and it is situated on the first floor. There is unlimited WIFI throughout, Amazon prime/ Netflix/ Freeview and a large HD Smart TV in the main living area. The flat is comprised of 2 large double bedrooms, large bathroom with bath/ shower, storage cupboard with large fridge freezer, open plan living/ dining area with fully equipped galley kitchen, dining table and large lounge area. There are french windows leading out to a private furnished decking area and communal garden. Flat is non-smoking(although not bothered as long as it's on the decking area). The room available for rent is a large double with a 3 door mirrored wardrobe, two large chest of drawers and two bedside tables. Parking is free and available through the council(For further details please see Liverpool councils website it is zone L or you can go into the office on Dale street the car must be registered at this address but there is no fee).

I am a professional so busy with work through the week and as I work in Manchester I'm usually out the door at half six! My other addiction is hot yoga :)
I don't really do school nights any more but quite happy with a glass of wine or a nice meal out. I'm quite a tidy person so would expect the same from a flat mate but love to cook and am always happy to share. It's not a party flat but I do like to go out and let off some steam at the weekend and occasionally have friends stay over but am always courteous if I do. I own the flat and rent it out for two reasons first the extra cash I am basically increasing the spec month by month, it's beautiful now but I've got lots of ideas so you may even get new furniture... obviously I would clear this with you first. Secondly for the company (I love my dog but the conversation is a little one way!) I now class my old flatmates as friends and ideally want someone who sees it as their home rather than just a room.

Also I would much prefer a dog lover as I have a small white dog. He's a German spitz, he's very friendly, well behaved and will be your forever friend if you take him for a walk. I now work in Manchester when I'm not working from home so he goes to doggy day care when I'm not around. He's in most of the photos so you can gauge his size and see how cute he is. Due to having a dog and also because I like to keep the place clean and tidy I get a cleaner who comes every Friday for two hours this is the only expense not included in the rent and we pay it alternate weeks.
