The room is fully furnished including 32" flat screen TV and iron & ironing board. There is use of your own bathroom with the usual shower/bath, toilet, sink.

The flat is a 2 bed duplex with surprising amount of space for a city flat.

There is a good sized Living room that is open plan Living/Dining and Kitchen, the Kitchen is fully equipped with oven/fridge/freezer/dish washer/washing machine/microwave etc.

It is 5 to 10 min walk to L1 and to Moorefields train station, Lime Street station is about 10 to 15 min walk.

Parking maybe available but this comes at an extra cost.

All bills including Wi-Fi are inclusive in the rent.
