Female house mate wanted for city centre flat

Female housemate wanted none party flat friends always welcome. Also wanted none smoker and no students i'm afraid need someone to stay for at least 1 year. The bedroom is not huge but plenty bug enough it has a wardrobe with drawers and 3 set of drawers small, medium and larger. It also has one bathroom which is seen in the picture I have un-suite in my room so the big bathrooms is yours. I'm a waitress/photographer and I spend a lot of time out the flat so depending on your lifestyle we probably wouldn't see much of each other. Any more details please email me.

It is £300 rent each then other bills come to around £125 - £150
Electric is on meter which is a pain is usual £10 a week each
Council tax is £80 a month each (may change)
Internet is £12. 50 a month each
Water is £16 a month each each
T. v licence £6 a month each
