Double room available for 3 months this summer of 2014 (June-July-August). The house is located on Catharine Street; 5 min walk to the University of Liverpool, 5 min walk into the city centre. The house has 3 floors, and 6 rooms (5 roommates currently living in the house) with 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, a large living room and a beautiful big garden. The room will be provided with all furniture needed inc; double bed, big desk, bed-side table, chair, small sofa, fireplace, lamp, big drawer... All bills are included in the price (internet/wifi and TV license are included).
