We are a group of friendly, outgoing second year students who are looking to fill a spacious double bedroom. The room comes fully furnished and is in a modern, newly built house. The house is situated in a row of student houses directly opposite the police station on Smithdown Lane and is a short walk to both the city centre and all of the main Liverpool Universities. The house has 2 shared bathrooms and 3 toilets as well as a shared living area and kitchen. Rent includes all bills and broadband and the house offers parking at the rear.
