Situated on the Albert Dock, in the heart of the city centre, the apartment is stunning and has a large balcony with spectacular views.

I am unfortunately leaving this gorgeous flat in which I have lived for 4 years to relocate to London. The current housemate is a lovely physio and is very clean and tidy so would like a like-minded housemate!

The room is a double with lots of built in storage space and a desk; the other housemate has her own en suite so the bathroom is also pretty much yours to use. The flat itself also benefits from gas central heating, a washing machine/all mod cons and a parking space.

The person renting would need to be willing to take on the lease for the flat and set up the bills too as I held the flat tenancy. This would mean you would need to supply a reference and there would be additional agency fees.

The rent includes council tax but no other bills.
