We have an en-suite double room available in a City Centre penthouse - Stunning views of the Cathedral and Docks.

*Strangely quiet at night despite being bang in town

The flat feels like a home - we get on well, so would like someone at least moderately sociable-it's not really a party flat but in the penthouse it's difficult not to have a few on the balcony when we are all about.

Bills are about £100 on top so you are looking at £550 all in.

There is no underground parking space available as it's taken but there is safe, free street parking directly outside you just need a permit from the council that you can collect straight away.
