The room available is a double with fitted wardrobes. There are 2 bathrooms and 1 en suite all having power showers. In the living room there is sky TV and there is Wi-Fi throughout the house. There is some storage in the garage and on / off road parking. We have a clean and friendly dog. Town city centre is a 5 minute drive, 10 minute bike ride or 20 minute walk. The Mthly rent includes the hiring of a cleaner for weekly clean of communal areas. Viewing of the property is both welcomed and recommended.
