Double room in City Centre

Hi there
Sadly my housemate who has become a close friend is getting married and moving out 😭😭 so I am in the quest to find a replacement.
I like to think of myself still as a young professional. I have a spare double room to rent just off Duke Street with parking included (if needed) and you will have full access to your own bathroom available from August. It is a very central location 5-7 minute walk from central station, John Lewis, St Peter's square etc
Facilities include, washer/drier, dishwasher, WIFI,

Ideally I would like someone who is friendly, sociable and tidy.
