Flat mate needed! City centre apartment £275pm

My flatmate has had to drop out of university so I'm looking for someone to replace him! Its in Bispham house which is about 30 seconds away from Byrom street campus, the room has a double bed and plenty of room and is fully furnished. 8th floor so great views across the city and the apartment is modern throughout. Rent is £275 a month with bills averaging around £50-60 (incl. internet/gas/leccy) each, Only 9 months left on the contract and first payment would be on the 29th of september. I'm a Pharmacy student going into my 3rd year, easy going with just about everything. Message me if you're interested.
